Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, in original condition and with all original packaging intact. Used, damaged or personalized goods that are not defective cannot be returned.

How To Start A Return

Please send an email to sprigs.copies0e@icloud.com with your order number, photos of the product and your return reason. Our support team will reply and provide you with return instructions. Return shipping cost: Customers bear the return shipping fee unless the product arrives defective, wrong or damaged on arrival.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will approve your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5‑10 business days for funds to show up on your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing speed.

Partial Refunds & Exceptions

• Sale/discounted items are eligible for refunds in accordance with our standard policy
• We do not accept returns for hygiene‑related goods for health‑safety reasons unless the product has manufacturing defects
